NFL players: ‘I don’t think it’s an excuse to be in the gym’

NFL players will have to start working out more and spending less time on the practice field.

The league announced Thursday that players will work out three to four hours per week for the first time in years and that they will not be allowed to use the elliptical machine or other stationary devices.

They will also no longer be allowed in a game or at any other time during the regular season.

The new rules will apply to the first half of the season.

They come as the NFL is looking to increase the number of players who participate in offseason training programs to more than 200.

The rules were announced in the first of two major pieces of the league’s new concussion protocol.

The league said the new rules also require that players report all symptoms and report to a doctor if they have symptoms or signs of a concussion.

The players’ union, the Players Association, welcomed the new guidelines and said it was pleased to see the league taking steps to help prevent more players from going down this road.

“The NFL is one of the most important sports in the world, and this policy will go a long way to reduce the toll on the players and their families, and it will also ensure that players and the community have a better understanding of the severity of the injury and its impact,” the union said in a statement.

The NFL did not say what impact the new concussion policy would have on other players who were taking part in offseason practices.

The rule change was welcomed by former players who have worked closely with the league and the union to make it work.

The NFLPA had been pushing the league to implement a system for dealing with players who are not able to perform in games.

In addition to the concussion protocol changes, the NFL will conduct a new, independent audit of all of its training camps, a move that could increase the possibility of an investigation of players or players’ parents for violating the league rule.NFL commissioner Roger Goodell said that the NFL had never before had such a significant impact on players.

He also said the league would be reviewing how it handled players who got hurt during training camp.

“We will review this and do our best to take care of it, as we have done before, and make sure it doesn’t happen again,” Goodell said.
