As part of Eurofighter’s “World Fire Fighting” series, Eurofighter is making its debut as a fully operational aircraft.
The aircraft has been designed and manufactured in the United States, with the US Army in the final stages of finalizing plans to buy Eurofighter.
Eurofighter is designed to provide a platform for interoperability, while also offering the necessary firepower to fight fire.
The new aircraft will be a fully capable air defence platform, which includes an anti-aircraft weapon called the Paveway II, which is capable of destroying aircraft up to 500 metres away.
The Paveways II is designed for close air support and can fire a maximum of five rounds per minute.
The weapon is designed as an effective platform to protect against threats from above and below the aircraft.
Eurofighters new twin-engine, twin-prop jet is designed with a range of up to 1,500km, which makes it an ideal platform for anti-ship cruise missiles, air-to-air missiles, and air-defence weapons.
The jet is also equipped with a long-range air defence radar.
The Eurofighter jet will be used by NATO and partners, as well as allies such as the United Arab Emirates, and is expected to be ready to fly in 2019.
